Let's start,

 

1. Crunches 

Crunches are the basic Abs workout everyone knew. So, start with basics. The exercise basically strengthening your rectus muscle. Let's see how to do,

Step 1: Lye down on the floor.                      

Step 2: Bend your knee and your feet fully touch on the floor. 

Step 3: Take your hand and keep your finger back of the head.

Step 4: Your chin down slightly towards the chest.

Step 5: Slowly up your upper body and crunch. Don't push your neck up. push it with your core.

Step 6: Do slowly and control your core.

 

2. Crawl Plank 

Crawl plank is one of the effective exercises for Abs which is to improve your mobility and strength. Do asap,

 


Step 1: Be in a dog position.

Step 2: Knees up slightly from the ground. 

Step 3: Shoulder should be above your palms.

Step 4: You should feel the very lighted weight your legs and your palm can have all the weight.

Step 5: Crunch and make sure your back doesn't get down. 

Step 6: Hold it for a minute and relax.

 

3. Bear Crawl 

The bear crawl is the same as crawl plank. The only difference is a little bit of movement from the crawl plank position. Let's see, 

Step 1: Be in a crawl plank position.

Step 2: Take your knees up and toes on the ground. 

Step 3: Slowly move your alternate leg and hand one step forward a little bit and do the other side.

Step 4: Try to keep your hip stable and core tight.

Step 5: Your Knees should really close to the ground. Don't take your buts too much up it should straight with your shoulder.

 

4. High Plank Toe Touch

The high plank toe touch helps to improve your mobility, shoulder strength, hamstring stretch and strengthening your Abs. How to do is,

 


Step 1: Be in a high plank position. 

Step 2: Your feet little a bit wider on the ground. 

Step 3: Push your hip up and balance with your right hand and left hand should reach your opposite toe.

Step 4: Turn back to the plank position.

Step 5: Then Do for the left-hand balance and your right hand should reach the opposite toe.

Step 6: If you are tall try to touch your knee and relax.

 

5. Plank Rotation 

The Plank Rotation exercise helps to increase your shoulder and hip strength. It is also targeted by obliques and transverse muscles. the step is,

 

 

Step 1: Be in a plank position and keep your elbow's below shoulders (elbow's like an 'L' shape in front view). you can do this bend your elbow or unbend your elbow.

Step 2: Take your feet a little bit wider. 

Step 3: Slowly rotate your hip to one side and your unsupported hand should be straight up.

Step 4: Back to your plank position.

Step 5: Slowly rotate into the other side and relax.
