Why need Nutrients for our body?
Initially, should understand your body condition. However,

few lentils there you can eat with a sprout. which is,

Step 1: Take lentils or seeds.
Step 2: You need 2 bowls with little holes and without holes.
Step 3: Soak the seeds 8 - 10 hrs.
Step 4: Filter the water and put it on the holes bowl.
Step 5: Keep the bowls one by one. (holes bowl should come upper)
Step 6: Close the bowls with a towel.
Step 7: Every day open the towel and just put some water on the
seeds tray.
Step 8: Do this for 5 days when it becomes sprout.
Step 9: After it has grown to eat with sprouted lentils.
Step 10: You will feel more energetic. You can eat with a salad.
